Return & Refund Policy – The Lueur
At The Lueur, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Each of our products is carefully inspected and packaged before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged item or need a different size, we are happy to assist you under the following conditions:
1. Returns on Damaged Products
- Returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged.
- You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order by contacting our support team with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.
2. Size Exchange
- Size exchanges are accepted only if the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- You must request an exchange within 3 days of delivery.
- The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send the replacement in your requested size (subject to availability).
3. No Refunds
- Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
- Only exchanges or replacements are available as per the conditions above.
4. Order Cancellation
- Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
- Once your order is confirmed and payment is completed, it is processed immediately for dispatch and cannot be modified or cancelled.
5. Shipping Costs
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be damaged or defective upon arrival.
